ESI Group was selected to design and construct a processing facility addition, to an existing distribution center, for cutting and packaging leafy and root produce and fruits. The project was constructed on a brand new site, which required handling contaminated soils, removing existing foundation and rail systems, installing a methane venting system, and constructing a 16’ retaining wall.
