ESI has performed multiple projects at this Sysco location in Walnut California. The scope of work began with a 37,000 SF cooler expansion and expanded to include a 19,428 SF business review addition and a renovation to their existing dock levelers.
This addition includes a dual preparation area for two simultaneous customer food product demonstrations; a 5,800 square foot conference facility with operable partitions for division into four (4) separate meeting rooms; and a 400 square foot fine dining room for special presentations. Also included in this project was new parking and alterations to existing parking.
