Awards and Recognition
Projects of Distinction Award
In 2010, ESI was honored with a gold award for work on a 167,000 square foot warehouse expansion project in Southeastern Florida. The Projects of Distinction Awards program, hosted by the Wisconsin Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractor (ABC) Association, delivered ESI the award at its 18th annual banquet in February 2011.
Safety Awards
The National Associated & Builders Contractor Association has adopted the Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) program. It was created in 1989 by the ABC National Environment, Health & Safety Committee to recognize ABC member companies with exceptional safety records.
The award is the industries only safety program that is nationally recognized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA is the main federal agency charged with the enforcement of safety and health legislation. ESI has applied for and been selected as an award recipient for the past two years.
